An opportunity to serve in Chaplaincy at Martin Luther King Multi-faith Centre Aston University for students and staff
Aston University Free Church Chaplaincy Committee is seeking to recruit a Free Church Chaplain from January 2015. The post/s will be open to both lay and ordained people from a Free Church background.
At Aston Chaplains:
offer hospitality, support and pastoral care.
provide space for reflection, prayer and meditation.
encourage and support those who wish to explore issues of faith, ethics and spirituality (including holding talks and events)
“signpost” and act as a link to particular faith communities.
promote contact, encounter and conversation between religious groups and faith communities at Aston.
hold social events for students and staff.
