Free Church Chaplaincy Vacancy at Aston University

An opportunity to serve in Chaplaincy at Martin Luther King Multi-faith Centre Aston University for students and staff

Aston University Free Church Chaplaincy Committee is seeking to recruit a Free Church Chaplain from January 2015. The post/s will be open to both lay and ordained people from a Free Church background.

At Aston Chaplains:

 offer hospitality, support and pastoral care.

 provide space for reflection, prayer and meditation.

 encourage and support those who wish to explore issues of faith, ethics and spirituality (including holding talks and events)

 “signpost” and act as a link to particular faith communities.

 promote contact, encounter and conversation between religious groups and faith communities at Aston.

 hold social events for students and staff.
